NBCUniversal Entertainment Japan opened an official website for a television anime adaptation of Nana Aokawa‘s Goukon ni Ittara Onna ga Inakatta Hanashi (How I Attended an All-Guy’s Mixer) manga on Thursday, revealing an announcement promo and teaser visual (pictured).
Aokawa began drawing the romantic comedy manga on their pixiv account in March 2020. Square Enix acquired the manga and began publishing it in Gangan Online in February 2021. The fifth volume went on sale on April 12, and the sixth volume is scheduled to be released on October 12. The manga has a cumulative 1.1 million copies of its volumes in circulation.
Square Enix is publishing the manga digitally in English on their Manga UP! app and website.
